Up to now I've always j...What a fantastic idea! Up to now I've always just grabbed a blank terrain map and tried to decide where to place cities. My place names are never too original though - we're talking obvious choices like Greenwood. Placing places is part of the fun, but sometimes a designer gets bogged down in those details that don't necessarily need to be stressed over. World building should be something we do for fun right?
